Physio Experience

I graduated from Monash in 2009 and have since worked variously in private practice, sport, rehab, Pilates, strength & conditioning and in hospitals. I have treated pretty much every injury you can think of and love working with people from all walks of life – all ages and all physical abilities.

I believe that as a physiotherapist…

My role is to work collaboratively with my patients to achieve their physical goals, whether recovering from injury, improving posture and wellness, or reaching peak performance in their chosen field.

I am a big believer in ongoing education and have completed extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy, spinal physio, tendon pain, dry needling, sports physio, biomechanics and strength & conditioning. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with patients and have mentored junior physios and tutored anatomy at Monash University.

Specialist areas…

As a sports fan, I enjoy treating sporting injuries and have worked with elite athletes from footy, soccer, netball, cricket, tennis, basketball, dance, martial arts, and hockey. I also enjoy treating back pain, shoulders, knees, ankles, necks and tendon injuries and have developed a reputation for successfully treating positional vertigo (BPPV).

I keep active by…

Teaching and training in martial arts, cycling, running, skiing and snowboarding. I also love trying different activities like stand-up paddle boarding, rock climbing, disc golf, tree surfing and axe throwing.
