I graduated from the University of Brighton in England in 2008, and moved to Melbourne in January 2017. Since graduating I have gained experience in working in several areas of physiotherapy from post- operative rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, women’s health and over the past few years has specialised in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I am also a clinical pilates instructor under APPI.
I have gained an array of skills to treat acute aches and pains, as well as more persistent conditions from back and neck pain to tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis.
I BELIEVE THAT PHYSIOTHERAPY…
is to ease any acute pain and work towards prevention of any re-occurrences in the future.
I have post graduate training in Pre and Post Natal Pelvic Pain, Kinesiology sports taping, Dry Needling and various Manual Therapy techniques.
I KEEP ACTIVE BY…
In my spare time I enjoy Pilates, Yoga, Cycling, travelling and enjoying exploring Melbourne. I am keen runner, I have completed a marathon and more recently enjoy 10km and half marathons. I have taken a recent interest into trail running. I have completed the Melbourne Half Marathon since being in Melbourne and I am currently training for the Great Ocean Road Half Marathon.
