Individual Strengthening ProgramA program designed for you following an initial assessment with your physiotherapist. The program will include use of ‘free weights’, theraband and your own body weight as resistance. Strengthening ClassThis involves a guided warm-up, your individual strengthening regime, followed by a stretching session.
