Delicious Pear, Date & Nut Green Smoothie
This would make a great meal replacement or post-workout smoothie, lots of good fats, added protein with the nut butter and plant based protein powder.
2 handfuls baby spinach
1T nut butter
Dash flax seed oil
Optional 2T Protein Powder
Stevia to taste if required
Blend all ingredients in high powered blender and drink immediately.
