Here’s an idea, get HOT and FIT with high intensity group fitness Pilates! These group classes are led by our qualified physiotherapists with class sizes no larger than 6 participants.
Focusing on the whole body, core strength is incorporated into a fast-paced, energetic and FUN work-out to improve your overall strength and fitness.
A 60 minute in-clinic consultation is required in order to assess whether you are appropriate for high intensity Pilates, or whether starting you in one of our clinical Pilates classes would be more beneficial for your health and function.
